The plane began its descent, I-Island growing larger in the window. Asahi pressed his face against the glass, his breath fogging the pane. "Amazing, isn't it, Ace?" he gushed, his voice barely above a whisper, as if not to disturb the other passengers, who, like Ace, had grown used to the view. "It really does look like it’s floating. Did you see that windmill turbine over there? It looks so high-tech!"

"Hmm," Ace replied, his gaze fixed straight ahead. He had already seen I-Island during his brief trip to Helheim, plus had to quickly get in, so he didn't care much for this trip to the island. Now, he was only thinking of what to do when they get to the island.

Asahi, undeterred by Ace's lack of enthusiasm, continued his excited commentary. "And look at the city layout! It’s like something out of a sci-fi movie. All those clean, white buildings! They said I-Island has the same security as Tartarus. I wonder what that’s like."

"Hmm," Ace repeated, his fingers drumming a silent rhythm on his knee.

"I read somewhere that they recycle almost everything on the island," Asahi rambled, pointing out various landmarks as they passed. "They have these plant factories, where they use Quirks to grow food. That’s so efficient! I wonder if we will be able to visit it."

"Hmm," Ace said, his patience wearing thin. He understood Asahi's excitement, but the constant chatter was starting to grate on his nerves. The young man really needed to learn to tone it down.

The plane touched down smoothly, and a burst of reverse thrust shook the cabin. Asahi unbuckled his seatbelt, his eyes still glued to the window. "We're here, Ace! This is I-Island!"

Ace stood up, grabbing his small bag from the overhead compartment. "Yeah, I noticed." He wanted to see and discover what Dai-Shocker was doing on the island. "Let's go."

They disembarked, joining the flow of passengers heading towards the arrival area. Ace stopped near a designated waiting spot, leaning casually against a railing. Asahi, still buzzing with energy, bounced on the balls of his feet.

"Hey, Ace?" Asahi asked, looking around the arrival area. "Who are we waiting for?"

"A friend," Ace replied, his eyes scanning the crowd. "She offered to meet us here."

A few moments later, a blur of motion caught Asahi’s attention. A young woman with blonde hair came zooming toward them on a sleek, two-wheeled stand-up scooter. The scooter looked like something out of a prototype lab, all sharp angles and glowing lights. She expertly weaved through the crowd, before smoothly gliding to a halt in front of Ace.

Asahi's jaw dropped slightly. Damn, Ace knows some pretty girls, he thought. Then again, considering his friends included the gorgeous café owner Ami and the striking Mt. Lady, it probably shouldn't come as too big of a surprise.

The girl beamed at Ace, her aqua eyes sparkling with enthusiasm. "Ace! You made it!"

"Hey, Melissa," Ace replied, a hint of a smile playing on his lips. He then turned to Asahi, who was still staring, slightly dumbstruck. "Melissa, this is my friend, Hikaru Asahi."

Melissa turned her bright gaze on Asahi, her smile widening. "It's great to meet you, Asahi! I'm Melissa Shield."

Asahi, snapping out of his daze, bowed slightly. "It's a pleasure to meet you too, Melissa-san!"

"Welcome to I-Island!" Melissa exclaimed, gesturing around them. "I was planning on giving you guys a tour, but something came up. I need to pick up my uncle from the research docks. Do you mind if we do that first?"

Ace shrugged, "No problem. We can tag along, right?"

Melissa clapped her hands together, "That would be great! It'll be easier to keep you from getting lost that way. Let's go!"

As they started walking, Melissa leading the way with her scooter, Asahi leaned closer to Ace, whispering in his ear. "Seriously, man? How do you know so many beautiful women?"

Ace shrugged.

Melissa began scooting forward, and Ace and Asahi fell into step behind her. The path wound past futuristic-looking buildings and carefully manicured gardens. Soon, they arrived at a large fountain, its waters shimmering in the afternoon light. Standing near the fountain, however, were two figures that made both Ace and Asahi stop short.

It was All Might. And beside him stood a familiar green-haired teenager, Izuku Midoriya.

Asahi gasped, his eyes wide with disbelief. "A-All Might?" he stammered, his voice barely a squeak. He seemed completely starstruck.

Melissa, oblivious to the effect her companion had on Asahi, grinned and waved. "Uncle Might!" she called out, speeding up towards the pair.

All Might's face lit up, and he opened his arms wide as Melissa approached. "Melissa! My, how you've grown! I almost didn't recognize you." He chuckled, engulfing her in a warm hug. All Might treated Melissa like a daughter he never had. "It feels like it has been ages, Young Shield."

All Might released Melissa from the hug and turned his attention to Ace and Asahi, a curious glint in his eyes. "And who might these young men be, Melissa? Friends of yours?"

Melissa beamed, looping her arm through All Might's. "Oh, right! Uncle Might, this is Ace Ukiyo, and this is his friend, Hikaru Asahi. They're both here for the Expo. I invited them, too."

Ace stepped forward slightly, meeting All Might's gaze. His eyes then drifted to Izuku, a flicker of recognition crossing his face. "We meet again, Midoriya," Ace said, a hint of amusement in his tone.

Izuku's eyes widened in surprise. "Ukiyo-san? What are you doing here?" A smile spread across his freckled face. "It's good to see you again, though!"

All Might chuckled, placing a hand on Izuku’s shoulder. "Young Midoriya, allow me to introduce you to Melissa Shield. She is the daughter of a very old friend of mine. One of the greatest minds on this island."

Izuku’s eyes widened behind his glasses. "It's an honor to meet you, Melissa-san!" he said, bowing slightly. "I've heard so much about your work."

Melissa grinned, extending a hand. "The honor is all mine, Midoriya-san! Please, call me Melissa. I’ve heard a lot about you too! Uncle Might tells me you’re quite the promising young hero."

"Ehehehe…" Izuku scratches his head.

Asahi burst forward, his face flushed with excitement. "All Might-san! Could I possibly get your autograph? You're my biggest inspiration!"

All Might threw back his head and laughed, a booming sound that echoed through the plaza. "Of course, young man! It would be my pleasure."

As soon as All Might spoke, it was as if a switch had been flipped. People nearby, who had been casually strolling or chatting, suddenly realized who was in their midst. Murmurs turned to excited gasps, and within seconds, a crowd began to surge towards the Symbol of Peace.

Ace, ever vigilant, immediately recognized the danger. He grabbed Melissa's arm, pulling her back just as the throng descended upon All Might and the two boys.

"Woah," Melissa said, with a knowing look, as they were just out of the grasp of the crowd. "Guess Uncle Might's still as popular as ever, huh?"

The mob of fans finally thinned, leaving All Might slightly disheveled but still beaming. "Apologies, everyone," he said, scratching the back of his head sheepishly. "Didn't mean to cause such a commotion."

"No worries, Uncle Might!" Melissa replied, unfazed. "You're used to it by now, right?"

All Might chuckled. "Indeed. Now, how about we head over to see my old friend, David? I am sure that Melissa is excited to introduce us."

Melissa nodded enthusiastically. "He's been working on some amazing things. You'll love it!"
