Captain Jack was a time agent, had very crude time travel device on his wrist called the vortex manipulator, why Cardiff, why this time period can't answer that, I know the answer just can't tell you. How is Jack immortal, simply put Rose, when she resurrected him at the end of season 1 she must have fucked up or something, WOOPS!!! Two biggest questions answered but not completely because SPOILERS!!!
