Website Difficult to Navigate?

I've had former patrons say in the exit surveys that the website is difficult to navigate.
I spend a lot of time to make the website experience as smooth as possible, but then I can only guess how users are actually using it. I would have a blind spot to perspectives that aren't mine.
I'm grateful for some Patrons who are very communicative about any website issues they have. It gives me a focus and direction on how to improve the site.
Last time I made a poll and over 90% of Patrons said they liked the way the website is setup. But there are apparently still some who have difficulties with the site.
If you have difficulties or issues with using the site, please let me know via message or comments so I can have a chance at improving it. Your feedback not only helps me create a better experience for you, but for anyone else using the site.
