Hi. Thanks for asking. Those are important considerations indeed. Sorry to hear about your experience with some creators. However, I find it extremely admirable that you are supporting a lot of creators. I thank you for myself and in behalf of other creators. I would recommend being with a creator for a relatively long period of time before making such a big commitment as an annual membership. This way you have an idea of how well a creator delivers content. That being said, annual memberships does have risks, so here are what I think the typical risks are and some information on where I stand on them. I've made a new article on the guide page to go into this in detail for everyone's benefit as well. Hopefully this answers most of your questions.

I like the discount proffered by the yearly payment scheme but I have been burned by Patreon's unprofessional policies in the past and find this new offer of yearly payments fraught with Pandoric nightmares. Currently under the monthly membership payment scheme, I have artists who are a year behind in their work and thus in their reward process. So I have over paid by a year. This was my bad because I allowed myself to believe that they would catch up. Now you are offering a yearly payment scheme that, according to Patreon, has no refund or prorated return option and no ability to pause for a month if you become stressed. So, I ask you whether you can assure your patrons that you can unwaveringly keep up your stated production cycle of 12 to 16 scenes per month for a year? I currently give money to 140 artists on Patreon and other services and have found many excellent artists who have not been able to maintain production. I don't mean to be negative, I would like to know that you have considered this possibility.
