That doesn't look like a pile drive to me. It looks more like a judo throw to my untrained eye. That said, looking at it further, I could imagine it being turned into a pile drive, if there weren't two more behind her, and if she were willing to kill the person, because a pile drive is one of those wrestling moves that could be lethal if the recipient isn't expecting it or it's not coordinated well.
