I want to makea video about the sentience of digital boobs

If you don't want to watch this maniacal video I will summarize it for you. The creators of the youtube channel "Game Theory" are tongue & cheek trying determine which video game characters got breast augmentation surgery and who's boobs are "natural". I don't think this world needs another Anita Sarkeesian video on the objectification of women's bodies in video games. (g-d bless her soul).
I more want to focus on this one line in this best boobs video that I wish he explored further. "her boobs do it all, marking time like a pendulum, flopping when fatigued, getting so excited that they just move on their own for no reason."
I think the creator of that cursed video is missing the point about fictional boobs. Who cares if they are authentic looking. What are "real boobs" anyways?" what I want to know is whether the digitized boobs are their own character. Do they have a life of their own separate from the digital character?

If the movement of a character's boobs are unrelated to the body's actual use of momentum and the laws of physics, I would say that those boobs are truly sentient. If their reactions aren't coherent with the rest of their body, these boobs truly follow their own rules and therefore, must have their own existence as a separate organism.
