More Cam being ✨mean✨!!

Anyway this would take place after the date with Wynn. They went back to his place, made out or smthn idk, but Reid was… perturbed. He’d already began to project Camellia on Wynn, but Wynn wasn’t acting the way Cam would, and that deeply confused him.

So after sending Wynn home, he was left with his many many thoughts, and he called Cam. First off he had to call three times cos it was just ringing and on the fourth turn Cam answered and was mad cos he was interrupting their relaxation. Regardless, Reid really couldn’t help but ask how it is Cam acts around others. Others that they like. Cam found this to be a ridiculous question because it wasn’t any of Reid’s business and he didn’t need to know, but they answered. Indeed, Cam is much more lovable with others. And that led to Reid’s question. If anyone else receives their vitriol like he does.

The reason I drew this was because Reid… never really asked about the way Cam treats him. It was just… a given. That’s just how they were to him. But after a long time of back to back tomfoolery from them (Aka I guess they forgot to lovebomb him on time) he goes on a date with a normal person who he thought was considerably cute. With who they could chat about god know what and it wouldn’t stress him out. Someone who was supposed to be a substitute for Cam, and it kind of.. opened his eyes a tiny bit.

Anyway, needless to say, Reid immediately hung up the call (that has NEVER happened. It’s always Cam unceremoniously ending the call while Reid speaks) after he heard how casually Cam said what they said, and finally allowed himself to think, “how lovely would it be if I could like someone who likes me as much as I like Camellia”, and decided to pursue Wynn much more seriously than he’d initially thought.
