Update 15 Beta Release

My alpha testers and I have been working on getting all the bugs out of the update for the past week or so and I think we caught most of them. If you happen to find anything weird in the update, or have any issues at all, just let me know here or on the Discord.
I really hope you enjoy the update! I'm pretty proud of it. It was one of the more difficult updates for me to make. I'll talk a little more about that later though. For now, here's the links. Have fun!
