Update 8 Progress

Hey all! First progress report for the new update, and it's actually going very good so far.

I'm working on things a little differently this time. Previous updates, I've done all my writing first, then all the rendering, then all the coding. This time, I'm doing everything sort of simultaneously. I've been writing until I need a new image, then posing and rendering that image, then continuing to write. And instead of doing my writing separately, I'm just writing everything in code, directly into the game.

Right now, I think this method may be slightly slower, but it saves me from having to spend weeks of only posing (which I kind of hate). I've been enjoying working this way quite a bit, and we're moving along at a good pace so far. Let me show you what I have done right now.

• Write Scenes - 4/19 (21%) - Right now, I've finished Lisa, Suzy, Jamie, and Dana.
• Images - 55/300 (18%) - I think this is probably the best indicator of how far I am along in the update. I don't expect the number of new images to inflate like it has in the past, because I planned out all these scenes ahead of time a little more thoroughly. We'll see though.
• Animations - 5/16 (31%) 
• Dates - 0/2 (0%) - I haven't gotten to these yet. Bai and Mi-Cha are getting the new dates this update, and it'll be a while before I get to them.
• Repeatable Sex - 2/2 (100%) - Both of these scenes are Jamie's and they're completely done now.
• Conversations - 0/19 (0%) - Haven't gotten started on these yet.
• Functions - 0/1 (0%) - The only new function is adding Juliana to the phone, which will happen when I get to her. 

Total Completion - 24%

Final Thoughts

I've been working pretty hard over the last week on the game, but since I've changed up the way I'm working, it's actually been quite a bit more enjoyable. I've also cut back on the amount of time I spend in Discord, on Twitter, or other social media. I love talking to everybody, but it does slow me down. I'll still be around, just checking things a little less than I used to. 

Still no release date planned, but as you can see, we're moving forward pretty steadily. I expect 6-8 weeks at the most.
