Easy update 34

The song is called Mistakes Were Made, which I wrote and recorded on Monday, so any parallels one might find within it are totally coincidental. I started at the end with this one, making the last part first and the first part last. Sometimes that’s a fun way to build out a song, see where you’re heading before you know how you got there. Wasn’t my intention, but that’s how it ended up. Plus backwards stuff is fun!
Then Jones and I play Kill Your Babies Franchise Edition and are forced to make some difficult choices!
Then there’s a salute to the winner of the game with a jolly little montage!

Ha, in the end the full song of the short bit that is used for "Let's Talk About Cars Yo" (Salomondrim). I guess everyone is fishing in the same 'cheap to license' song pond. On topic, it always starts jolly, but in the end there's real pain on the faces. Hit it Ian!

And also likely wouldn't have had the money to buy Eidos. So... tomb raider revival? Never happened, Deus Ex? Nope. Hitman? Nope. To be fair that might've meant we wouldn't have gotten FF13 either, I'd have been fine with that.

Mario should win easy out of practicality and diversity in the franchise if it was the only one that could exist: 2d platforming 3d platforming Multiple types of sports games Mario Kart for racing Dr Mario for puzzle Super Mario RPG and following RPGs Mario Party Mario Paint and Mario Maker Could still get a decent fighting game out of smash Bros with all other characters removed if you can count that I'm sure I even missed some. And in general, probably the most recognized symbol of gaming by a huge stretch over the years.

Also, Dragon Quest was called Dragon Warrior at first because there was a copyright conflict with a tabletop board game called DragonQuest. I'm not sure how that got resolved, but it seemingly was by 2005.
