Deus Ex Retrospective - Part 2
Added 2016-08-27 15:00:51 +0000 UTCPart 2 of our Deus ExRetrospective is up and, with that, we’ve completed the first round (at least)of our initial milestones! Retrospectives used to be the top-tier goal, and for good reason. These take a lot out of us, so I enlisted the fandom of MichaelHuber, Brad Ellis, and Daniel Bloodworth to lighten the load. Brad and Huberhelped with Part 1, and Daniel Bloodworth wrote and captured footage for Part 2.
It’s been wonderful to see fans enjoy Part 1, and especially satisfying to keep encountering our old fans that don’t know about Easy Allies yet. Hopefully this, and future Retrospectives act as beacons to bring the rest of our old community back home.
Congratulate yourself on seeing this project through. These videos are complex, and take a lot of time. It been months since we started Easy Allies, and narrowing down a launch window for both parts of Deus Ex has been tricky, but you all have remained steadfast supporters and your goodwill goes a long way. Finishing one of these makes me feel like we can do anything. Well, let me get some sleep first…
Thank you for giving me an opportunity to learn more about Deus Ex than I ever could have imagined, and to work with my fellow Allies on games that mean a lot to them. I’m looking forward now to focusing on more streams and events. I cannot promise when our next Retrospective will be, but it’s coming.

I only have a couple of questions pertaining to this particular retrospective: In the future, if and/or when you are able/want to, is there any plan to implement further media about Mankind Divided and Dues Ex Go in relation to the retrospective? For example, are you Allies doing of a review of either or both, and will you incorporate them into a retrospective add on video, or mention the retro at the end of the reviews? Also, is it safe for me to make the assumption that one of the factors for choosing Deus Ex as this retrospective's focus was the timing upon which Mankind Divided would be on market? Regardless, not being a Deus Ex fan, this was a treat to watch. Thanks again for making this happen. Stay Easy fellow Allies.
