Patrons Test The Podcast Feed Feed

Eventually, maybe, this feed will be for $1 and up patrons? We'll change the link out for one that wants your email that you sub with on patreon to access the automp3 podcast.

Alternatively, we might experiment with automatically adding an audio preroll (30 secs or so?) to make the feed available for everyone. Or both. Not sure yet.

What podcast software does everyone use? does this work with that software okay?

Wendell, Keep the podcast coming. You have a following down here on Hilton Head!

Antenna pod is great and works just with the feed URL - Works great with it <a href="http://m.imgur.com/3M3GIPp" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://m.imgur.com/3M3GIPp</a>

Sweeeet! I don't mind either way, but if I were you, I'd go with just ads for now. I would happily pay for it, but I've been a fan since before the channel so you already have me. Your audience will grow considerably faster if it's free with ad spots. We're used to ads already and really don't mind... Although those 2+ minute ad spots can be a bit annoying. That said, if you have the luxury to choose, keep your ad spots more relevant to the content and the demographic. I mean, I love fresh books as much as the next nerd... But sponsors like pfsense, freenas, red hat, asus, corsair, etc would be so much more appealing. As for the podcast app, I use Pocket Casts and it works well! I have been experimenting with podcasts on Google Play Music though and can't seem to add it there with the link. Seems like it has to be available in their store. Keep up the great work guys!

Honestly, I love listening to long form content, but I do that on YouTube. For instance I like to turn Joe Rogan or Eli the Computer Guy on in the background. I'm just tired of needing so many different apps for everything and needing to remember to check those other accounts.

Podcast feed works on Rhythmbox on my Ubuntu-Mate desktop PC. Thanks for to option for podcasts.
