2017-01-05 16:29:09 +0000 UTCYou could put thermal probes on the cast iron waffle iron and have a cervo rotate the heat based on temperature. And if you wanter to work even harder you could get more servos to flip the waffle iron when the raspberry pi has timed a propper flip. Though I am sure you both could have thought of a similarly ridiculous rube Goldberg waffle maker, and didn't want to quite put the level of effort required to bring propane and many gadgets into what would be done equally well with one electric system. A keyboard waffle iron would be cool though. If only it shaped something that I eat more often into the shape of a keyboard. Like if it was keyboard pizza I would buy one.
