2019-06-11 10:52:14 +0000 UTCI hate to seem like I'm bragging about my level of experience in this area, but the toilet paper that Krista mentions at 1:50:20 is used in college/business/industrial settings not because it is cheap, but because the single ply toilet paper, even if you use twice as much, provides a significantly smaller chance of clogging toilets, especially in the long plumbing lines that are present at big institutions. Even though it may seem like it's just the cheapest crap that they could find, it's actually produced and used intentionally for that reason.
