Did a little side by side of GTA V in Numa, UMA and UMA with process lasso sticking GTA V on the processors we know are "local" to the graphics card. It's not as fast as NUMA, but its much closer than UMA + windows lost and confused scheduler.
The windows scheduler isn't as bad as it is made out to be either. In terms of windows vs linux. But that's a video for another day.
