2019-01-15 19:09:23 +0000 UTCThe big question is why are the users figuring this out for free - AMD should have worked this out and had Microsoft fix the stupid Windows scheduler. The Windows scheduler has done weird stuff moving processes between cores ever since the very first dual core CPUs came out, AMD should know better and be on top of this testing.
