Your how to videos have had a big impact on my life. I would love to see more how to vids. I love the stuff on what is now the Linux channel. I got into a big self hosting addiction thanks to your Sandstorm tutorial. Many, many hours and thousands of dollars later it could all probably be traced back to that video. I should add that I'm a welder by trade, I own a welding company, this became a huge hobby for me.

I would like to add a few things to this video. Ninite is a great site that creates a... Lets call it a 'redist' package of your favorite current-version programs. Next, Create regular backups of your data. Most people don't, then their hard drive craps the bed... Next, Windows 10 actually has an option to install a Linux terminal of your choice in it under the add programs and features tab. I would only suggest it for basic use and learning how to use it. And if you use steam, archive your games you want kept offline once a year or so to an external drive. Steam allows you to extract which games you wish to install, and leaves the archive intact. I'm sure there's more. There always is...
