I would love to have metadata in those files. I am listing those when i am on the road, streaming from plex to my phone. But without metadata plex is acting stupid on those podcasts.

In the 80's this law was passed called the "bayh-dole act" which allows private entities to patent government research. That's how all drugs are developed, pharmaceutical companies don't fund the research. "The Truth About Drug Companies" by Marcia Angell is a good book on this topic. She was the lead editor at the New England Journal of Medicine if I recall correctly.
