Not even five hundred thousand. It would tank his UK poll numbers. The UK population is 67 million so adding 500,000 to 3,000,000 is a significant population bump in a small country. Also the Tories have spent the last ten years telling their supporters they will get immigration to the UK down to 10,000 or less per year.
