Announcing EZX 2020

We would like to invite you to attend or watch our first community group stream: EZX. We’ve had a lot of fun performing for you during our previous anniversary events, but the best part of every gathering each year has been spending time with the amazing community that makes this all happen. So this year we want as many people to be a part of the show as possible.
We’ll be streaming 4 separate games on Sunday, March 22nd from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you plan to be there, the doors to room Pacific A at the Hilton Anaheim will open at 4:00 PM PT. If you want to be a part of the livestream, drop your name into a raffle at the event and if we call on you, you can join the stream with us during one of the 4 designated time slots. EZX will be free to attend. No tickets required.
If you want to just hang out with us, there will be plenty of space to catch up with off-screen allies and friends. If you can’t make it to the event in-person, you can tune in on Twitch.tv/EasyAllies. We’ll also have an extended group stream for you to watch the following Tuesday (3/24) featuring another line-up of multiplayer shenanigans.
Saturday (3/21), the day before EZX, some of the allies will be attending Disneyland Park (not California Adventure), so if you have time in your schedule and room in your budget you can join us there as well. Stay tuned for further details, including where you can find us on Saturday, and what games we’ll be playing on Sunday.

2020-01-22 18:53:56 +0000 UTCThis is an awesome idea. I can't go to the US at this time, but to everyone that does: I hope you all enjoy the heck out of this. As for the Disneyland Park venture, Jones, if you're reading this, I remember asking in a previous CoJ if you could share your videos and/or photos of you on some of the Disneland trips you did. At the time, you said if you were to do that, you would want to make it public so everyone could see it. I believe this is a great opportunity for something like that. Either to - with the consent of everyone - film and edit this Disneyland Park venture. Or to show those videos/photos during the show on March 22nd or during the extended group stream on Tuesday (3/24). The reason is that these will be special occasions and outside of a group stream to raise funds for equipment - like the E3 Marathon, which had goals - or for charity, I dont see anywhere else where you could show them, as neither podcasts, livestreams or scripted shows would fit it. With the exception of Easy Update, though I'm not sure if that's how you would like it to be shown, since it's Ian's show and he would be in control of how much or little it gets shown. This isn't me trying to pressure you or anything, it's just that I read Disneyland Park in this news post and I immediately remembered my question and your answer. If it's not the right fit or occassion, or you just prefer to not show it. That's absolutely fine. Either way, I hope everyone has a blast on these events. L & R
