I would like to know how games install. For the PS4, whether you buy it digital or physical, the game installs it's entire content into the HDD, using only the disc in the drive as a verification that you own it. Is this the same for PS5? For me, I’ve been avoiding all next-gen related media coverage because I don’t have a PS5 pre-ordered (and how they handle pre-orders in Japan is just a big raffle.)I don’t know how many people feel the same way I do. You can transfer all data using wifi and ethernet directly from the ps4. It's advertised on the box. But I think it will be good if the Allies showed that. Hopefully not too late to do so.

Hey Blood, I'm curious about 1440p support on the PS5? As next-gen fast approaches, I've been less than optimistic about the reality of Sony catering to those of us who use monitors with a 2560 x 1440 resolution. I was personally disappointed with the PS4 Pro when I discovered that it only supported 1080p or 4K resolutions; particularly seeing as many games displayed at 1440p and then were upscaled to 4K - it seemed like an obvious option to have. I'm aware that the Xbox One X and now Series X do in fact support 1440p and so I was hoping that Sony might have jumped on board this around. Anyway ,I'd be grateful to know either way. Does the PS5 have any tracking of gameplay time? Like the 3DS activity log or even the Switch showing hours played in increments of 5 hours? Also, when viewing trophies does it show all your previous trophies as well from PS3, Vita and PS4?

Based on the games you've played/maybe tested for PS5, is there still the option for selective installing of portions of games? It seems that most exclusives don't have separate single/multiplayer components and that it'll moreso benefit third party games for now. Seems like a feature that Sony mentioned and but has gone under the radar since so I'm not sure if it is still supported or not.

What is the deal with PSVR? I was told there is some conversion cable needed? It is unclear to the general public how to get those converters.

Not sure if you can answer this yet, but one important thing I'd like to know about the PS5 is accessibility options, can I remap all of the controller buttons like I can on PS4. Specifically, can I remap the triggers to any of the face buttons? I'm a disabled gamer and remapping the triggers to the face buttons is a huge help in shooters. I find that I have a weird game-paralysis because backwards compatible games are going to be so much better in a couple of weeks. I feel that people are being a little too flippant about the size of game downloads some of them reaching over 100 GB to download, it feels like game developers have overextended themselves becoming obsessed with high rez textures and more advanced sound but not finding new ways to compress these huge files will continue to lead more and more bloated software and the internet and storage devices are not keeping up with this bloat. Do you see this as becoming a huge problem if it is not already? (when I say people are being Flippant I mean I hear people say things like oh just delate it and redownload when you want to play it)

The DS4 has motion controls, but no ps4 game I ever played let's you use gyro like switch games (usually) do, a much better way to play shooters on console than analog sticks. Is the ps5 finally gonna take advantage of that?

Well you probably won't be able to answer this but here it is anyways... There have been reports that the latest models of AV receivers with HDMI 2.1 inputs are all bugged and do not work with the next gen systems. If any of the Allies have one of these and can confirm this for PS5 that would be great. The tests I've seen so far have only been on Xbox Series X and Nvidia cards. I don't see any other outlet reporting on this since it's so niche lol.

I was never one to prioritize graphics, so if i can run most games at high frame rates at 1080p without issue (like no glaring bugs or hindered performance the general consumer would notice), that would be great to know. PS5 related, comparison to Xbox "quick resume" i.e. keeping save states of a few games stored simultaneously to allow rapid switching between them: Sony hasn't advertised a "quick resume"-like feature for multiple games; it looks like it might just be for the active game. Is this impression accurate? If so, do PS5's new UI features like accessing particular parts of games mitigate this, when switching back and forth between games? Can you be playing Demon's Souls, go back to the menu, and quickly jump straight into loading your save in Miles Morales for example? And how long does that take? Might be hard to do an apples-to-apples comparison on both (unless you have codes for both systems for say watch dogs and AC valhalla) but I'm just curious if Sony either has a similar feature or has at least a similar user experience via an alternative feature i.e. their new UI stuff.
