After years of praise from the allies, I thought to myself, "hey lets jump in and see what this souls thing is about". And now I've been dying dying dying for the last two hours and still haven't even reached a single checkpoint after the tutorial. It feels fair but... maaaaan :D

I particularly like the sentence in the beginning: “Obviously some fans may object to specific changes here and there, but [the game] stays faithful to the original.” And then leave it at that. You acknowledge there are changes, but don’t spend any time on them, because it doesn’t impact the game. Really love that.
