On the discussion of the artistic merits of the photos in Pokemon Snap, saw someone elsewhere point out rightfully that as all these photos are intended for research study purposes, the qualifiers the game is asking for, such as having the Pokemon nice and big in the frame or having unique behaviors or interactions captured, make much more sense than subjectively nice artistic photos as these aren't intended to hang in a gallery somewhere but instead be scrutinized by Professors and research assistants to glean the Pokemon's behaviors and habits to better understand them and the overall ecosystem of the Lental Region.
