I've reached my limit. I've studied language and language acquisition. There is no "correct" or "incorrect" way of pronunciation. The purpose of language is to communicate information. If the information is communicated then the pronunciation is valid. The idea of "Correct" pronunciation is a classist approach to understanding language usage. The "Correct" form a speech is normally linked to the wealthy and powerful. Stop correcting people's pronunciation.
