Hi, I got a small game for you. Because video games and music are the two most important media to me, I decided to come up with portmanteaus of video games and song/band names. The hints are below and I want to see if you can figure them out. If part of the hint is in quotations, that means it is part of the lyrics of the song/band in the hint. If you know the song and think singing the quotes will make it easier to guess, feel free to do so, 1. "It's 9 In the afternoon" and I just woke up in a hotel with no memory of who I am 2. This intro song to the original rock band is going to defend the Lylat system with anthropomorphic comrades. 3. This Evanescence song was partly responsible for the creation of the ESRB rating system 4. 2022-05-18 23:40:19 +0000 UTC[Game - Happy Anniversary!] Hello there Allies, Today, Square Enix announced that they’ll have a special set of announcements to coincide with Final Fantasy VII’s 25th anniversary. Anniversaries of our favorite franchises are always a fun prospect. They bring with them a collective and loving excitement that comes from fond reminiscent memories of the things we love. But they also bring a hope for seeing if or how these franchises may grow, evolve and return for the future. With that in mind, I thought it would be a fun game to look back at years’ past. I’ve gone back over the last 40 years of released games five years at a time looking at some of the biggest game releases year by year. I’ll give you several options, and it’s up to the panel to decide one game per time period that will get a fresh new game, be it a remake, long-awaited sequel, etc. of your imagination for their respective anniversary. I’ve tried to choose franchises that have not seen an entry recently, and don’t appear to have anything new on the horizon.
