SORT IT OUT! Announcing games too early. Basically showing a logo and game title and people start speculating to feed the hype. It's very cheap. Don't bother! Come back when you got something to show.

2022-09-26 20:00:22 +0000 UTCHowdy panel, October is just around the corner! I’m trying to usher in the spooky season with a survival horror marathon! I just finished RE3 (2020), and next is Evil Within 2, Control and then a replay of RE7 before the Village DLC drops. As the three masters of survival horror at EZA, what makes this sub-genre work so magical? I truly don’t enjoy horror games like Amnesia, Outlast, Layers of Fear etc, but would consider RE2, RE4 and Village to be some of my all time favorites. I personally think the best survival horror games strike an incredible balance between slow, tense exploration and visceral, satisfying combat. What do you think? Also any recommendations outside of the games I mentioned? Maybe some deep cuts? Happy spooky season, Allies! Davis (BandanaBoy)
