Clarification at 44:11. To clarify some of what y'all have been saying about Embracer and LOTR, they didn't just buy video game rights for the IP, but basically all derivative licensing rights. Movies, board games, theme parks, all merchandising, etc. When Embracer talks about "exploiting the IP," it's across ALL mediums and markets (except for Tolkien's writings, which the book publishers still retain the rights to), so harping on Gollum's lack of success doesn't paint the full picture for LOTR's future and Embracer's reliance on it.
