State window:
- Save size and position of the window at closing.
Fixes:
- win32: Fixed a bug that leads to high CPU usage on some conditions when WTRTI is minimized (e.g. triggered "auto-load profile").
- Fixed a crash when changing OSD Font.
- Make FM-files parser do not display "Full flaps" values in the "Critical AoA" section(Vehicle information), when an aircraft has limited flaps position (e.g. wing sweep on mig27, su17, su22).
