I have a video in the works for Patreon, but I'm making slower progress than I predicted on editing it. I feel a bit bad about it, so I thought I would share these with you guys. I have been doing a LOT of creative writing lately - almost every day I write some type of essay or creative piece about something. My hope is that once the album is out I can tack some of them onto the project, which serve as complements to the topics I have written about in the album itself. Perhaps, if anything, it gives some insight into the things I was ruminating on during the period of working on the album, even if they're not all directly about the same thing the album is.

This isn't everything I've written recently, but these are a couple of my favourites. I generally just write these in my journal, and what you see here are first drafts. Typically, if I write something, I don't spend time editing it or deeply planning it. The thoughts come out onto the page and I move on to the next thing.

I hope some of you enjoy these. And I'll see you soon for that damn video I'm editing!
