Weekly Progress: I Made You a Hug (Literally)

Let's be honest, the vanilla hugs in Skyrim are… bad. They're way too manly and look like some raw, unedited motion capture.
I just wanted to give Noemi (from OK Followers) a real, loving hug. So, I made one.
This is a completely SFW hug animation replacer. And as far as I know, it’s the only one on the entire internet.
Why? Because making paired animations is an absolute nightmare.
I actually paid a programmer 70,000 JPY (about $500) to build a custom tool just to convert the animation into a format Skyrim could use. I also got a ton of help from the legendary Aerisarn (creator of CK-CMD). That guy is my Gandalf—he has this icon of a mysterious white-bearded man and always shows up when I need him most (even if his name has 'Sarn' in it, lol).
A quick heads-up:
This animation was made last year. I still haven't figured out how to fix the offset issue, so the characters might "float" apart a bit, even though I animated them to be much closer. It was the best I could do with the tools I had back then.
If I were to remake this today, I’d use my modern MCO/OStim workflow to make it cleaner, but I’d reuse this animation data.
Anyway, I wanted to share it with you. Just install the ZIP with your mod manager.
