I'm Back!
Added 2020-04-09 23:10:26 +0000 UTCI've been away for a week because I got sick. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not wearing a mask and talking to someone (from a distance, 3-4 feet) at the supermarket briefly then felt sick that same night. I was kinda freaking out cause I was worried it was covid 19 and after a day of a bad fever/flu I started getting shortness of breath and tightness around my chest and back. At that point I was convinced it was the virus. Kinda scary because of all the unknowns about the virus. After the 4th day I started feeling better and the tightness is slowly loosening. I started back up on Doll City yesterday and I'm back into full swing today! Feeling almost a 100% so that's good!
Also, I did get temporarily laid off from my day job so I'll be rendering full-time until all this crazy pandemic shit is over with.

And yeah it's real out there and keep yourself safe, go out only when u really have to and even so take every precaution, once u get home wash your clothes or let them be in the sun for some hours, wear gloves at all times when out, mask doesn't do much tbh, the mask is more for when you are infected and have to wear it so u dont infect people around u, in case u live with an uninfected person. Just talk when really necessary too. Stay safe! And thanks for that Melissa image :)

2020-04-10 11:38:20 +0000 UTCDamn! Don't know if you had the coronavirus or just the flu (hard to tell without a proper test) but I'm glad you recovered. Fortunately about this virus, something like 99% of the deaths are people who already had pre-existing conditions that probably would've killed them in the next year or two anyway. If you're otherwise healthy and take care of yourself when you do get sick, the mortality rate is low. Regardless, sounds like you dodged a bullet! Glad you're back! Sorry you lost your job though. Hopefully we can help you get by until you get it back or find another job.

2020-04-10 01:05:27 +0000 UTCDude I have to limit the market runs outside. I use a mask and STILL get cough/throat problems later that day or the following day. Your best bet is to schedule your days on runs. Do everything you gotta in one day that requires shopping. Then clean the fuck out of your body asap. The flu virus along with other airborne bacteria is just crazy atm. You gotta take every precaution when you do your runs. Please get a mask that tightly wraps snug on ya. God speed Sloots!
