A little personal post here, feel free to skip since I won't be talking about the art itself but rather about my mental problems again. Ya' know, whenever I give my blood, sweat and tears for a fanart, which I've done quite a lot lately, years ago I thought I'm sure I'll be rewarded. I like the fanart, I did my best, I put hours and hours into making it something I can proudly call as my own fanart. However, it doesn't matter. It won't be recognized. It won't be loved. It's just there. For people to see it on their dashboard for 2 seconds just so they could scroll to the next post. I am just not good enough, I have to work harder, the life of an unsuccessful creator is hell. Rarely do people care about creators that don't actively blend themselves in their own work like idols, singers etc. it feels like and even then. What I often see is when I look up Anime OP/ED of airing anime series' I liked. I see "promotion music channels" often get them to million views, but when I search up the artists youtube channel who have also uploaded the song, their own song, it barely has 100k views. No one thinks about it, or care enough to even put the effort to search the artists name, click on their youtube channel and watch it from the artist. Leave a like or comment there to show their graditude. Anyways, I know what i say is somewhat flawed of course, but just wanted to let that out. Thanks for anyone reading up until this point, love that you're interested in my thoughts and thank you for being one of the micro fragments of people on this world that try to support creators, especially a insignificiant one like me.
