They hire people like that and then wonder why some people go on an ....OFFICE RAMPAGE!

The problem I had with her was that she was one of those people who felt that "being a supervisor" means "blame subordinates for anything that you don't like". She also seemed to have a direct line to our organization's Good Idea Fairy.
