We got a briefing on medical stuff. Above: the importance of treating "trench foot" before it goes too far.

The medic giving the briefing described the squishy cartilage-thingies between the vertebrate --the things that help cushion and give flexibility to the spine-- as "little jelly donuts". Mmmmm, jelly donuts.

This seemed like a potentially fun invention, at least for flat surfaces.

Does the Navy ever have to put up with this stuff?
Later!
