Then gradually start amassing an army to combat Kaido/Orochi. Then once he had a comfortable series of followers paired with Hyo try again at attacking the castle. Dancing like a fool for years while Kaido/Orochi raised their forces was the worst possible plan.

We donโt know of any Vivre Card, so Oden couldnโt even find him if he wanted, oh and he canโt even sail or leave the island. I also donโt like that he pretty much did nothing for 4 years and got fooled by somebody like Orochi, not after what happened to Toki. But he was too naive I guess.
