Bloom + David = Magic
Added 2018-09-26 20:40:03 +0000 UTCThe incredible David Benitez is back for another round of incredible photography, and I'm telling you, this is just a HINT at some of the amazing photographs we took together!
During our session together, we talked extensively about recent obstacles with his family and his relationship. I had pre-purchased his flowers, and I told him that I saw him as a Phoenix. He looked at me surprised, and said that is exactly what he resonates with right now. An instant bond was formed.
David was comfortable and natural in any settings. His easy beauty was not something he rested on though, and nailed any and all poses I asked him to provide. He also created most of them on his own! We had connected, and this my friends, is sometimes a rarity in photography. To have someone so open and free, nervous and excited, builds a session that feels electric!
Originally David approached me on Instagram. I was curious about his look, and we struck a deal, he was getting the session as a trade for publicity. Let's not forget that he looked incredible, so I took the risk. I'd say it was worth my time, wouldn't you?
He showed me so much of himself during this session, and I found his range amazing. He later admitted that he wanted to be my favorite, and was curious about my impression.
