In my fantasy project the the male orcs been eradicated in a huge war leaving just the females, in order to keep their bloodline going a band of orcish females turned to the secretive dark mages who uses forbidden magic, the ritual gave them male reproductive organs with unprecedented libido and virility as well as the ability to mate and reproduce with all the races of the kingdom.
