Update
Added 2017-01-15 23:21:41 +0000 UTCI've downloaded an application called Clip Studio Paint EX which is much better suited for animation, I have to play around with the features a bit but Dieselbrain has made some pretty sweet animations with the app.
I'm still having issues with the new laptop, I think I have solved most of the problems but it's still a bit underpowered for working on large projects. I'm going to build a beefy desktop PC in a month or so that will be powerful enough.
