In general, regrets can be placed into two groups:
Regrets for doing something: like going to a party on a Tuesday night and having to work the next day without any sleep.
Regrets for not doing something: like skipping that Tuesday night party, only to have your friends talk about it non-stop.
But if youβre not a social person, like me, you might experience different kinds of regrets. For example, playing a ranked match in a competitive shooter alone, only to be queued with the best teammates imaginable...the kind that make your life miserable for the next 45 minutes.
Even casual gaming can bring regrets. Youβre playing Stardew Valley, you glance at the clock, and itβs midnight. You think, βIβll just play one more day, then go to bed...β but we all know how thatβs going to end...
