Having Issues Downloading Our Packs?
Added 2024-10-18 23:42:23 +0000 UTCRecently, I've had an uptick in people struggling to download the packs from the Patreon shop. The pack will start downloading and then quit about halfway through; contact me if this happens to you, and I will provide alternate links!
This WILL be fixed by Monday. I believe the issue will be solved by breaking the .ZIPs into smaller parts, none exceeding 2 gigs. It will take me the weekend to fix the issue, but it will be updated by Monday.
I want to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Given its a major platform, I was hoping Patreon would be free of any delivery issues. ๐

If you've had issues with downloads failing, DM me, and I will provide alternate links that have yet to fail.

I'm still working on getting all the packs broken down and uploaded! But it will be finished by Tuesday morning. ๐ค

2024-10-19 08:12:07 +0000 UTCIโve had this experience through the app, but not on browser when on iPad, itโs so odd! In the app on iPad I havenโt managed to get it to download once. But browser on iPad, completely fine apart from this new glitch. Hope troubleshooting goes easily for you!
