Characters in Nature Tutorial Progress! ✏️🍃 + photos from our trip 🚌

Hello everyone & happy Sunday! :)✨

Last night we got back from our trip! (swipe through to see some photos 🥰) I can’t believe it’s been a full week since I’ve been in my studio space, it feels like it’s been sooo long so I feel very happy to be in my own space again ☺️ Today I’m getting back into my regular workflow and my main goal is to continue working on drawing and filming for our tutorial about characters in nature 🌳🍃

I finished drawing my scene studies from the The Secret World of Arrietty, and filmed all of it for the tutorial! I think studio ghibli scenes like these are perfect for studying characters in nature so I’m really excited to share it with you guys in the video:)

Today I’ll be drawing and filming some more demos for the video, and I’ll share some more progress updates with you guys soon! ☺

In other news, today I posted the full real-time painting process of my Howl drawings! 🥳
