Early Look: Desert Study πβ¨ + preparing for the environment tutorial! π§‘

Hereβs an early look at an environment study I did today to practice & prepare for this monthβs tutorial video which will be about environments! β¨
Before each tutorial I like to practice the subject so that I can take mental notes on things to cover in the video, and since environments are outside my comfort zone I definitely needed some time to really focus and study! π I learned a LOT from this desert study and I have so many fun ideas to put into the video for you guys! π ahhh I canβt wait!

A few days ago I posted a poll to let you guys vote for the type of environment youβd like to study in the tutorial, and the environment that won the vote is this one! π²β¨
So we will be studying a snowy mountain scene! π In the video Iβll also be covering some essential environment techniques and rendering methods to get us started, and then weβll do a full drawing walkthrough with voiceover from start to finish π
Anywho, this week Iβll be writing notes & planning for the tutorial and then start filming next week some time π₯° In the meantime, weβre also editing the November studio vlog and Iβm sooo excited to share it with you!! Iβll share more details about it soon in another post since this one is getting kind of long! π but itβs gonna be a really fun one π₯°
