Preview of new video
Added 2025-04-28 03:59:28 +0000 UTCNot that I'm on the verge of releasing it or anything, but here are the first few minutes of the new video. Your feedback is welcome, though I know the interlacing is a bit rough.

Interesting. Had no idea the Apple II also came in a board only version like the Apple I.

2025-09-28 18:32:19 +0000 UTCJust learning more about this era.... and watching your videos put me down the path of finding more of these "family education computers" . There is quite a bit that isn't on the internet archive yet. (early vtech, colico vision, etc) - whole-punch IR cards. Lots of education games and curriculum that was right before the "Don't Copy That Floppy" era.

2025-05-01 04:06:55 +0000 UTCSo many shag carpet stories from this small group!! Thanks for sharing! Glad you liked the music selection. The ‘seventies housewife’ was a friend of ours who has helped with other skits in recent videos. She and my wife tried to put together the most seventies outfit they could come up with.

2025-04-30 02:02:19 +0000 UTCWe had a shag rug and a shag rake, the latter being way more like a real rake but with a plastic rack and long prongs instead of a fan splay. It shed so badly that it was bare within a few years. Oh, and ummm... nice gams! (They probably belong to your daughter or wife, so I should shut up.) The music goes very well with the setup.

2025-04-28 05:26:12 +0000 UTCTo be honest, the idea of you making a video that's not about a Mac did not sound exciting to me at first, but after watching this preview I cannot wait to see the finished product!
