Re-draw of the old "ottertoy" piece. I actually didn't change all that much as even all these years later I have a certain way to draw otters that stayed a lot the same. Most changes were to the human and the right otter's legs. Also a few more bits of floating text.
A while ago I drew a silly Mao inflatable sheep that was loosely based on another version of a few years early. I've combined features of both to create a new and improved version that would make for good drawing. Why not join the flock? Be puffy, light on your hooves and as a inflatable sheep big enough to scoop up all those silly humans who try to get away.~
