What’s next?

Hello there patreon! I’ve been doing some thinking about what I want to do this month. Not just in regard to patreon but also in regards to life. I’d personally like to focus a bit more on eating healthy and setting fitness goals. To me that means finding something manageable. No diets, just positive changes. I’ve dabbled with posting about fitness on here in the past but I always fall off. With that in mind, is this something you all woudl be interested in me posting about?

Now when I normally post stuff like this people tend to say “yes” because well... it’s not effort on their part so it’s easy to say yes. But genuinely, is this something you would enjoy seeing or is it wasted space on this feed? I know lots of folks aren’t here for fitness advice, but I also know there are people who look to me as inspiration (for some crazy reason).

Anyway, I’m still not sure what to do but I love to pick you’re guys brains becuase as the cast of high school musical once sung “We’re all in this together”

Thank you. I am proud of my progress as well. They say that slow and steady wins the race. But who are "they" anyways? And I don't like races. I am more like a dwarf, very dangerous over short distances. LOL. However, tonight's supper was a small feed of Linguini Alfredo. Don't kill me, as I make my sauce from 10% cream (not 35%) nor any egg. And forget the con thing, I was more suggesting if you have tips for exercising while on the road, as a topic. Hugs.

You know I was out when you posted this and forgot to comment my thoughts, I think it’s a good idea you post like what you do and stuff we know it doesn’t work for everyone but it may help for some of us to get us started in a healthier life style. So I say go for it and you could probably make like a “before and after” type of thing of what you want to achieve or what you do when you want to look a certain way or stuff like that

And I get that, but your followers should understand that fitness is important to you just as cosplay/geeky/nerdy content. if you're willing to share your life in your content, then they should understand that includes potentially all aspects and view it as a positive, not a negative.

I would wager it's impossible to always make content that everyone enjoys (people are a fussy lot) but we all appreciate the effort, and any post that includes a photo of you is worth my time.

Well I strive to make content everyone can enjoy so I appricate the comment. If I do jump into this is will likely be a once a week update and I’ll try to make sure the picture at the very least is enjoyable lol

I honeslty beleive slow is the right way to do it. That’s been my real issue. I yo yo diet. Diet, binge, diet, binge. It’s a bad cycle. I’m proud of you for taking your time and doing it right! I’ll try the cont thing but for me the con life is more about eating well cause I’m on my feet 19 hours a day lol

I am slowly starting my own fitness journey. I've been eating better, with half my supper plate being vegetables. Weight has been coming off slow and steady and I want to weight train again. Your idea comes at the best time for me. Working on the road often, I invested in the OYO Novo portable gym on Kickstarter, and it should arrive in November and December. I say, yes, by all means, go for it. One of the reasons I love supporting you is you don't hold back that what you do is *work*. You've always shown that there is a lot of illusion involved in looking good, and your heartfelt approach to letting us see that yes, even you struggle with the same issues, has always been an encouragement for me. If you want to provide exercise tips, things you use when you feel like you're getting off track, or just plain 'happy' thoughts that help you on the way, I'd absolutely be interested. Do what you love. We encourage you.

Whatever you feel comfortable doing I suppose. I remember you saying in your home workout vid post that you felt very awkward doing it, i think cuz your roommate was home? You'd obviously be a fountain of knowledge of health tips and tricks, but maybe to add some fun we could also set you little challenges, like seeing if you can do a handstand-push-up, or yoga poses, or a backflip? Haha
