Something Old, New, Borrowed, and Soon to be Blue!
Added 2020-12-28 15:51:00 +0000 UTCWell hello there patreon! Just wanted to pop bye with another tease for a new costume that you will likely be seeing more of in the future! I suppose it's not much of a tease since this is pretty much the whole costume, but I still wanted to share this before 2020 Ended.
This costume was made by my friend and fellow cosplayer Nerd Alert cosplay and it was given to me two years ago to mod and fix up. The character is Cyclops from the Age of Apocalypse movie but since i already new i was doing a 90's version cyclops I put this costume to rest for a while. over the past 7 months I've been fixing it up making it fit a bit better and just generally retrofitting it to my body. There are a few more tweaks left and some literal wrinkles in the foam i need to get rid of, but then its done. I may try and get a pair of red glasses like he wear in the movie but i haven't decided yet. I do dig the visor.
I was also thinking I might repaint and re design the costume to the colour scheme of the 90's clyclops and almost do a mash up of the two. I think that could be fun, but what the hell do i know lol
