Scary Decisions: New Year New Me
Added 2016-12-22 03:23:25 +0000 UTCAs you may have noticed recently I have been very quiet on social media. It's been well over a week since I posted on Facebook and the posts on here seems to be getting a little scarce. There are a few reasons for this 1) I'm working 40 hours a week2) it's the holidays 3) in any of the spare time I have I'm focused on Patreon rewards. (I just finished sending them all yesterday on my birthday) Because I feel like I'm letting everyone on here down a little bit I have made the decision to try and make this my full time job. I will not be going back to work in the new year. I have not been able to do any cosplay or videos because I'm too focused on work and getting rewards out. I need to find time to do the actual thing I started this patreon for. The actual thing you guys are supporting me for. I'm a little terrified because even though the amount of money seems large, I lose 20-25% to taxes and 10-20% in fee to patron and pay pal. It doesn't seem like enough to live off while also spending a large part of it on prints and shipping but fuck it. If I want this to be what I do then I need to take that leap. I'm so humbled by the support and grateful for this opportunity. I want to take this to the next level. Not only for you guys but for me. I hope you will all bare with me while I make this transition and kick some ass. Sorry for the long post but this stuff has been on my mind for a while and I felt the need to let you all in on what is going on. Xoxoxo

But you can't do cosplay or make videos if you aren't healthy and have a roof over your head. Make sure you take care of yourself first. We'll still be here to support you.
