Yesterday war rest day which essentially means you just don't do anything and allow your muscles a break. This is usually a good idea because science, but it's also good because I find myself extra motivated to get back to the gym when I take a day off. It wasn't meant to be my day off but now that I'm living with my parents, the hour long bus ride to the gym is a little daunting. I WILL GO TODAY THOUGH! (I hope)--- Today was not a great day for food. I skipped breakfast because my parents didn't have a thing I could eat. Lunch was.... you guessed it, foot long veggie sub from subway. For supper I had a pakora and some rice and later that night I blended some protein powder with frozen bananas. Just remember, never do what I do!
