So needless to say, yesterday was another weird day. It was originally leg day so I got up early and went to the gym. I did 3 set of squats and I was much more tired after that than I should have been. I think it was a mix of the fact that I was up late last night and stress because all the moving I should have done yesterday got postponed due to rain. I went on the treadmill to sort of try and gain so motivation and after 15 mins I realized I was better off to just leave and pack than to waste time at the gym. <br><br>I went home packed a bunch moved a bunch and then decided to go back to the gym for my lunch break. I felt much more motivated and had a bit more energy since it was mid afternoon. So back to leg day. <br><br>5 sets of squats 10 reps<br>(125, 175, 215, 175, 125)<br><br>5 sets of 20 standing lunges<br>(no weight)<br>5 sets of leg presses 8-10 reps<br>(270, 405, 450, 405, 270)<br>7 sets leg extension machine 10 reps<br>(80, 90, 100, 100, 90, 80, 50)<br>I did a bunch of weird calf things cause none of the machines were available<br>3 sets of wall sits 60 second each.<br>Treadmill on high incline for 15 mins<br><br>Now food!<br><br>For breakfast I made oatmeal with almond milk and half a scoop of chocolate protein.<br><br>For lunch I went for sushi but just ended up getting weird fried foods like croquettes and spring rolls because I new I was getting sushi later. I think that's why I felt motivated to get back to the gym. <br><br>For supper I had way too much sushi. I never really feel that guilty about sushi though. PLUS I got to hang out with the wonderful Shaun Simpson who then also took me out for a beer. I swear I'm not an alcoholic. <br><br>Also, if there are 100 of those fucking BR's, I'm not sure how to fix it. I've tried directly writing it on the app, I've tried copy and pasting form a note, I've tried writing it out on the web page, I'm not sure. <br><br><br>That's all for now!
