Today's fitness stuff was actually decent!

Today was shoulder day and if you've been keeping up then you'll under stand why this is all going to be written in one larger paragraph. So what I did today:4 sets of seated shoulder press with Dumbbells 10 reps (45,50,50,50) --- 4 sets of standing shoulder press with barbell 10 reps (80,80,80,80) --- wide grip push-ups 4 sets 15 reps ---5 sets of shoulder shrugs 15-12 reps (65, 70,75,70,65)--- 6 sets of standing flys (I don't know what they are actually called, but it when you lift your arms with weights in them???) 12 reps (20, 20, 15, 15, 20, 15). Then I ended with 20 mins of cardio. As for food, I had a cliff bar for breakfast, a protein shake after the gym, subway for lunch, and for supper I made a spicy chickpea burger with a salad. But then I had another cliff bar... NO BEER THOUGH! BAM.
